- Australia: $25 AUD flat rate for orders under $300
Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days - Outlet Products - have a flat $25 delivery fee for all Australian orders.
Rest of World: $49 NZD flat rate (excludes local duties and taxes)

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your new SABEN piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us and return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Standard Return Policy:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Returns not meeting these conditions will be accepted at our discretion only
Black Friday Sale Exclusions:
- FINAL SALE: Products discounted 25% or more during Black Friday are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All Black Friday Final Sale items are marked clearly on the product page
- Sale items discounted less than 25% follow standard return policy
- Regular sale items (non-Black Friday) are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason
How to Return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Ensure items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Include proof of purchase
- Send items back using a tracked shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Processing Time:
- Please allow 7-14 business days for returns to be processed once received
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Final sale items (25%+ discount during Black Friday)
- All other sale items
- Items returned without tags or in used condition
- Items returned past the 14-day window
