To extend the life of your SABEN piece we recommend you use our protective spray, clean it regularly and nourish it with our cleanser and nourishing crème. As leather is a natural product, it responds to love and care in the same way we do.

At SABEN our goal is to be by your side, for many years to come. By choosing a durable, hardwearing product like leather, and by caring for your piece you will enjoy the longevity of quality leather. We encourage and support repairing your bag to extend its life.

All SABEN pieces are covered by a 12 month warranty which includes complimentary repairs for any manufacturing faults. Thereafter we are happy to help facilitate a repair with one of our trusted leather repair agents.

It’s simple, if you have a SABEN bag that doesn’t get as much wear as it deserves (we get it, life changes, the Tilly you purchased 5 years ago, isn’t big enough to keep the kids snacks, or your new work laptop).

How it works

You'll send it to SABEN Giveback HQ in exchange for a $50 Saben voucher to use towards your next purchase.

We'll clean, refurbish and make small repairs if necessary before finding a new home for your SABEN piece at our annual sample sale. We will donate 100% of the sale to charity.
