Competition Summary:
SABEN and Experience Gold Coast have paired together to giveaway a trip to the Gold Coast.

1. Promoter

• The promoter of this competition is SABEN

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 01 October 2025 at 12:00pm NZT and closes on 28 October 2025 at 11:59pm NZT
• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must sign up to the SABEN newsletter via the https://www.saben.co.nz/pages/gold-coast-competition
• One entry per person, plus one additional entry per valid tag.
• Incomplete, late or illegible entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details

• 3-night stay at Dorsett Gold Coast for 2 people in an Executive King room
• $1000 Flight voucher (winner to redeem online via Webjet - to be used towards flight booking)
• $250 Pacific Fair Voucher
• $500 KŌST Dining voucher
• SABEN Luggage Set
• SABEN Handbag and Eyewear
• Winners will be able to choose from a selection of new season SABEN products, subject to availability at the time the competition ends.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Winners will be asked to send through their top 3 picks from selection and we will endeavour to send out the winner’s top pick, if it is not available, we will then select from option 2 or 3.
• Winner is responsible for booking the vouchers from Dorsett Gold Coast, Pacific Fair, and Kost. SABEN is not responsible for loss or damage or booking delays once these vouchers are handed over.
• Kost dining voucher valid until 24 July 2028
• Dorsett Accommodation voucher is nontransferable to sister locations and is valid until July 2026. Booking is subject availability.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random using an online random name picker on 29 October 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via email or social media within 3 business days of the draw.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Prize Delivery

• SABEN products will be shipped to the winners’ nominated New Zealand address within 3 weeks of the competition closing.
• Vouchers will be sent digitally to the email address the winner applied with, with exception of the Pacific Fair voucher, to be collected on site when the winner visits.
• The promoter is not responsible for any postal or courier delays, loss or damage once dispatched.

8. Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the promoter and Experience Gold Coast for the purpose of running the competition and for receiving marketing communications.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
