We offer complimentary express shipping on all NZ and AUS orders $300 and over. Please note: Luggage & outlet products are excluded from the free shipping offer. Luggage there is a $20 flat rate for delivery to NZ address. We cannot ship Luggage internationally. Outlet Products there is a $10 NZD fee / $25 AUD fee for delivery. For NZ there is a flat $10 shipping fee for orders $299 and under. For Australia there is a flat $25 shipping fee for orders $299 and under. For International orders there is a flat $49 NZD shipping fee on all orders. All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or tariffs once they reach your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility to pay. SABEN is not responsible for any additional costs incurred once your order leaves New Zealand.
