Cauca is characterised by its fruity, winey aromas. It is complex and aromatic, with an intensity of 6. Found in the lush, green, fertile region of south-west Colombia. Recommended as a Cappuccino.
Santander evokes notes of toasted bread and sweet caramel. With a rounded and balanced finish it has an intensity of 7. Coffee bushes are grown under protection from the high intensity sun by tall trees.
Santander is best savoured with milk as a Latte.
